Navigating the challenges of PANS/PANDAS in your child can be an overwhelming and emotional journey. Whether you're managing sudden behavioural changes, emotional outbursts, OCD, tics, or anxiety during a flare, even routine daily tasks can feel like an insurmountable hurdle.

Adding to the complexity is the uncertainty and frustration of distinguishing between symptoms of PANS/PANDAS and those caused by other factors, such as infections or stress. For many families the most stressful of all is that they cannot find a doctor who knows about PANS/PANDAS and is willing to treat their child.

This course includes evidence-based information about PANS/PANDAS and treatment guidelines designed for your GP or paediatrician to equip them with the information they need to understand PANS and treat it effectively.

Some treatments can be done at home, such as an anti-inflammatory diet and supplements to reduce brain inflammation, but for other treatments like antibiotics or steroids you will need the support of a doctor.

In this four-week online course, I will guide you through evidence-based strategies to help you better understand and manage your child’s PANS/PANDAS. We’ll cover everything from identifying triggers and preventing flares, to treatment protocols, nutritional support, and how to collaborate with your GP and school. By the end of the course, you’ll have a personalized action plan to help your child thrive, despite the challenges of PANS/PANDAS.
