1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of courses, webinars, digital downloads, and other content delivered through this Teachable school ("the School"), operated by Dr Leila Masson Pty Ltd (ABN: 48 611 607 928), 14 Dellview Street, Tamarama NSW 2026, Sydney, Australia ("Dr Leila Masson," "we," "us," or "our").
By enrolling in or accessing any course or resource through the School, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the School.
These Terms apply in addition to Teachable's own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which also govern your use of this platform.
2. Educational Content Only — Not Medical Advice
No personal medical advice
All content in the School — including videos, audio, slides, downloadable guides, handouts, emails, and any other materials — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, nursing, or other professional healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You must not rely on any content in the School as a substitute for a face-to-face consultation with a qualified healthcare professional, personalised medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment plans, or emergency medical care.
No doctor–patient relationship
Your enrolment in or use of any course or resource in the School does not create a doctor–patient relationship between you (or your child) and Dr Leila Masson or any practitioner associated with her clinic. A doctor–patient relationship arises only when you have booked, attended, and been accepted as a patient at the clinic under separate clinical terms.
Always consult your own practitioner
You should always seek the advice of your GP, paediatrician, or other qualified healthcare provider before acting on any information from the School. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or viewed here. If you think you or your child may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
For healthcare professionals
If you are a healthcare professional accessing courses for professional development, you acknowledge that the content is an educational resource only and does not replace your own clinical judgement. You remain solely responsible for applying information within the context of Australian medical practice standards, AHPRA regulations, and your own scope of practice.
3. Access Rights
When you purchase access to a course or other digital product, you are purchasing a personal, non-transferable licence to view that content for your own use. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, course access is granted for six (6) months from the date of purchase.
You may not share your login details, allow others to access your account, resell access, or make any content available to third parties.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed through Teachable's checkout using third-party payment processors. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge of your selected payment method for the amount displayed at checkout. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and may include applicable taxes.
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not offered for change of mind once access to a course or digital product has been granted. If you are unsure whether a course is right for your situation, please contact us at reception@leilamasson.com before purchasing.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in this refund policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if a digital product has a major failure — for example, if the content is substantially different from what was described, or if access cannot be provided. A change of mind or change in circumstances does not constitute a product failure.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content — including videos, audio, slides, handouts, templates, and downloadable resources — is owned by or licensed to Dr Leila Masson and is protected by copyright.
You may download or print materials for your own personal learning. You must not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, upload to file-sharing sites or social media, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
6. No Guarantees — Results May Vary
The information, case examples, and strategies presented in the School are intended to illustrate educational frameworks. They are not promises of specific outcomes for any individual child or family and do not constitute treatment protocols or clinical recommendations.
Health outcomes depend on many individual factors outside our control. We make no guarantees that following any information in our courses will produce particular results.
Integrative and biomedical approaches to conditions such as ADHD and PANS/PANDAS are continually evolving. While the content reflects Dr Masson's clinical experience and interpretation of available research, some approaches discussed may have mixed or evolving evidence in mainstream medical literature. We make no claims that any specific approach will cure, treat, or resolve any condition.
7. AHPRA Compliance — Testimonials
Under Australian health practitioner advertising regulations, we are prohibited from using testimonials in our advertising. You agree that you will not post reviews, comments, or stories in course discussion areas or on any public platform that describe clinical outcomes or the effectiveness of treatments received from Dr Masson or her clinic. We reserve the right to remove any content that may constitute a clinical testimonial.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the School will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the School after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
